How do I manage my subscriptions?
Log into your account and go to “My Subscriptions.” From there you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes! You can switch between 2-month, 4-month, or annual filter plans at any time in your account.
What is your return policy?
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange. To start a return or request a refund, simply contact our support team and we’ll help process it for you.
How often do I need to replace the filters?
Each filter lasts around 2–4 weeks depending on use. We recommend our 2-month or 4-month kits for convenience.
How do I clean my fountain?
Simply disassemble the unit, rinse the parts, and wipe clean once a week. Full cleaning instructions are included in the manual.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over £75.
